Switzerland - Country of Mountains DVD:
Switzerland is a small country in Western Europe, but its diversity is world renowned. This country has been admired by the whole world for its perfect democracy and the long-maintained high standard of living of the local people. The best opportunity to get to know this spectacular country is to watch our film. Our tour begins in Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Explore the Principality of Liechtenstein and its capital Vaduz. An italian atmosphere can be admired in the Italian speaking towns of Lugano and Locarno. Zermatt and magnificent Matterhorn will be one of the highlights. The French speaking part of the country is located especially by Lake Geneva. Here we will visit Chillon castle, the towns of Montreux and Vevey. The Swiss capital of Berne, Jungfrau and other mountains in the Bernese highlands and Lucerne, a favorite tourist destination, will be undoubtebly worth seeing too.
Mountain Wonders DVD:
Gray provincial parks are breathtaking with rugged mountains, forests, glaciers, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and wildlife. Areas like the Trophy Mountain Meadows and Helmcken Falls in Wells Gray Park are world famous and enjoyed. See rugged mountain beauty on the Berg Lake Trail in Mount Robson Park, with glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, rivers and wildlife. A panorama of the Rocky Mountains from Mount Terry Fox is unforgettable. In Jasper National Park, elk and bighorn sheep are in exciting action during the rut. On the wilder side, Leon Lorenz films in the Rocky Mountain Trench during the four seasons and often in extreme weather conditions. Grizzlies, black bears, moose, mountain goats, wolf, wolverine, marten and more are enjoyed. Close encounters are often experienced, like when a mother grizzly with her cub crossed through a mountain stream not knowing a filmmaker was busy with his camera just seven meters away! Many species of bird life were usually filmed from blinds so intimate footage could be captured in a natural way. From the valley floor with Ruffed Grouse drumming on mosy logs to Golden Eagles soaring in the high country, your heart will be warmed by these many wonders that God has created.
